Workforce Tidy Maintenance Day at Nyamba
Sunday 13th April 10.00am – 4.00pm
The upkeep of Nyamba is of primary importance in enabling the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to gain the maximum benefit from their attendance. To this end we have arranged the above maintenance day to carry out some of those simple everyday DIY jobs such as gardening and painting.
Maintenance days are intended to be enjoyable and social events; children are most welcome to attend although parents are expected to take responsibility for them as the leaders will not be on duty for this event.
As usual there will be refreshments available and it is suggested that you wear suitably old clothes and footwear! Whilst we have a range of tools and equipment available it would be helpful if you could bring along any tools that you think might be useful.
If you have any special skills i.e. carpentry, roofing, plumbing, we would be particularly interested to hear from you. Please contact us.
